Dr. Mohiuddin Ifaz

Hi! I’m Dr. Ifaz. You can call me Ifaz (E-fuzz). One of my favorite parts of being a dentist is that I get to help people every day. Helping people overcome their fear of dentistry is so important to me that I got certified to do painless dentistry. One of my favorite things to hear a patient say after a dental visit is, “Wow. That was easy. I wish that I had come in sooner.” It’s my goal to make my patients as comfortable as possible in a judgment free zone. I’ll never make someone feel bad about having been away from the dentist. The important thing is that you know that we are here to help you. No matter how bad things may seem, we can come up with a plan together. I’ll make sure that it won’t be scary and that you’re not in pain. That’s why we have a “Hand Up Policy” in our office. If you feel pain at any point, you raise your hand and we stop. That’s a promise. I will always have your best interest in mind, I do not over sell or provide treatments that are unnecessary. I am as transparent as they come.

I graduated from University of Florida College of Dentistry, where I earned my doctor of Dental Medicine degree GO GATORS! After earning my doctorate, I was practicing in North Carolina for the last 5 years. I decided to move back to Florida so that I can be closer to family and warmer weather.

I am a member of the Hernando County Dental Society. I always believe in lifelong education. I am also certified in Invisalign, cosmetics, painless dentistry, surgeries, and sedation/nitrous dentistry. When I am not in the office, I can be found spending time with my family or volunteering my time at different community events. I am a big family man and I love following the University of Florida Gators. I love to travel and work out at the gym. I have been on many mission trips to Dominican Republic and Bangladesh. I am married to my lovely wife Rhidi, who is a registered nurse and helps our office. I am fluent in English and Bangla.
